We empower recognized, English-speaking, educated refugees and who have strong work experience through coaching and mentoring. They are career-minded men and women who were forced to flee their homes for safety and are now in the process of rebuilding their lives in their countries of resettlement. Our focus is on strengthening their well-being and providing career and job search support.We provide virtual coaching by a worldwide cadre of pro bono, certified leadership, wellness, and career coaches, along with job search, entrepreneurship and industry mentors. Our holistic coaching methodology not only enhances our clients’ employment prospects but has also been proven to improve their wellness and confidence.
